License for CIOS Audio Core

CIOS Audio Core was originally designed by Владимир Лин as known as Foxman or Brian Lin in some other arena. The whole purpose is to be used in the CIOS(Collective Intellignece Operating System) created by the same author. Its original functionalities are audio input, audio output, voice recognition and text to speech in the Anthropomorphic Intelligence Operating System.

CIOS Audio Core is the subsystem of Sensor Grid, a sub-system of CIOS. License belongs to Владимир Лин, and the author places CIOS Audio Core in LGPLv3 format.
